Click and Collect (available only in France)


 

BYMARIE.COM has introduced its new service Click and collect. You will be able to make your purchase of items online and pick up your order in one of the shops BY MARIE.

HOW IT WORKS?

Add an item to your cart and go to the payment.

Upon payment, we will offer you different modes of delivery. Depending on the availability of the product in store, you'll have the option to "Click and collect."

You will then have the choice between one or more shops (in Paris, Marseille and Saint-Tropez). Select the desired shop.

Enter your details and checkout online.

We will email you when your order is sent and when it is ready to be recovered.

Please have ID and your order confirmation email. You can print it or show it directly store on your smartphone.

Your order will be kept in store for 5 days before being canceled (your order will be repaid on time in our Terms).

WHICH ARE YOUR CLICK AND COLLECT SHOPS?

Within 4 BY MARIE shops, located in Paris (44 rue Etienne Marcel 75002 8 and Avenue George V 75008), Marseille (108 rue Paradis 13006) and Saint Tropez (Place de la Garonne 83990).

IS THERE A FEE TO USE THE PROGRAM CLICK AND COLLECT?

They are no fees.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORES?

You have 5 days of receipt of the order confirmation email to go pick up your package in the selected store. If you do not collect your package within 5 days, we will reimburse.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have 14 days from receipt of the order confirmation email to return the item shop in which you checked your parcel.

In "My Account" you will need to select "Back to shop", then follow the steps.

You can also use the collection by UPS return service even if you have gotten your order in the shop. This service is chargeable. Click here for more details.

CAN I CHANGE THE CLICK AND COLLECT STORE I'VE CHOSEN?

You can not change the reception shop once you've placed your order

SOMEONE ELSE CAN RECOVER MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, you are the only person who can retrieve your order using an ID with your full name, and your email "your package is in store."
