HOW TO CREATE ACCOUNT?

If you want to create an account, simply register on the site www.bymarie.com by clicking on the "Login" on the home page.
Then simply fill in the various personal information and click on the "Submit".

When registering, we will assign you a username and password.

You can continue shopping and add other items to your cart, or you can go to the payment to finalize your top of the right page order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON BYMARIE.COM?

You can choose to pay by credit or debit card and PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To use your Visa Electron, you will need permission from your bank.

HOW CAN I MAKE MONEY SHOPPING?

I SAW AN ARTICLE IN ONE OF YOUR SHOPS, CAN I ORDER ONLINE?

The stock in our stores and on BYMARIE.COM is directly linked and synchronized. But some items are found only in boutiques BY MARIE. However, you can always contact our Customer Service if you have a specific query.

CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE TO HAVE AN ARTICLE MODIFIED TO MY SIZE?

Unfortunately, we can not accept special orders.

CONTROL & DELIVERIES

HOW TO KNOW IF MY ORDER WELL BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT?

When your order is made, you receive a confirmation email, which does not mean that your order has been accepted by the site. The command is accepted and sent when the details of your credit card and your address has been confirmed and verified.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

BYMARIE.COM is happy to accept cancellations until your order has been processed by the Store. After that, you can not cancel your order, but you can always return it if you wish. For more information, see our Cancellations page.

WHEN MY BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED?

If you paid by debit card or PayPal, the payment should be taken immediately. If payment was taken and if the order is canceled for any reason before it is processed, we will refund in full with the payment method used when ordering.
If you pay with a credit card, we do not charge your payment when your order is validated and ready for dispatch. However, your bank may block the money on your account, you will not have the money for a short time. If there is a cancellation for any reason prior to processing the order, we just cancel the removal and there is no reimbursement to be made.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country: on average € 20 including all taxes for France; € 30 ttc for Europe; € 40 including all taxes for the rest of the country. These prices are indicative; that is when ordering in the shopping tunnel, you have an estimate of shipping costs.

WILL THERE THERE OTHER FEES OR TAXES PAID WHEN MY ORDER?

We cover import costs on orders made since the European Union. The price you see online is the price you will pay. For all other customers, import charges are not included in the price you see online. You may have to pay import charges on receipt of your order or later.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive updates about your order and delivery status via email. You can also access this information from 'My Account' or visit the UPS sites to track the delivery by entering the tracking number received by email.

MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REST?

If you have ordered products from several shops, items sent to you in separate packages from each shop, and will not necessarily be delivered simultaneously. Thank you to contact our Customer Service for any questions.

WHY HAVE YOU NOT CONTROLLED ARTICLE?

DO YOU DELIVER IN MY COUNTRY?

We ship worldwide using UPS.
Please note that Customs authorities in Russia have recently tightened restrictions on deliveries in the country, leading to an increasing number of selected packages and delivery delays.

DO BYMARIE.COM CAN DELIVER THE SAME ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can deliver one order to a single address. If you want to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service very quickly. However, it will not be possible to change the country of delivery.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER DELIVERED ME?

Once your order and payment verified and approved, we will ship your order with the chosen means of transport. See shipping for details.

CAN I BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?

We can not deliver to PO boxes because of conditions imposed by our transport partners.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

The return must reach BYMARIE.COM within 14 days of receipt of your order, beyond this period we can not guarantee a refund.

I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received by BYMARIE.COM and if it is consistent with our Returns Policy, we will refund the article via your method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed according to your bank or your payment provider. Returned items will be refunded except for shipping charges, if you use our free return service.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?

If your order is canceled before the shop has conducted its shipment, and if we have confirmed by email the cancellation of your order you, we will refund totally the payment method used when ordering (if your account bank has been debited).
If you paid by debit card or PayPal, usually the sample is immediately on your account. If you paid by debit card or Paypal, and we have confirmed the cancellation of your order, we will proceed to refund quickly.
If you paid with a credit card, and if we have not taken the payment into your account (payment is reserved only by your account) then we simply cancel the transaction and your bank or card issuer will the money available in your account.

WHEN THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND OR CANCELLATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN ON MY ACCOUNT?

IS THIS THE COSTS OF CUSTOMS DUTIES, SALES TAXES OR ARE VAT REFUND UPON RETURN?

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you will be refunded the amount of your order, including costs and customs duties in force at the time of purchase, but not the price of your original delivery charge .
If you are based on the other hand, you will be refunded the amount of your order, including VAT at the time of your order, but not the price of your original shipping charges or import fees necessary to receive your command. You may be able to get a refund of import charges on your product returned by contacting your customs office.
